Despite its size, some would argue that it is one of the more expensive studio buildings out there with the base price being $69,500. Such a price most likely derives from its modern construction, with weeStudio looking exceptionally pleasing on the eye.

What does weeStudio look like externally?

As mentioned previously, it is unquestionably the exterior of weeStudio which makes it such an impressive product. The developers have clearly tried to utilize wood as much as possible with this property, with the whole of the outside clad in vertical wooden panels. Furthermore, unlike some prefab buildings, the wooden panels are thick and substantial - thus creating a sophisticated image and not the traditional "flat pack" appearance that is so often associated with buildings of this nature.

As well as the wood, the architects have placed emphasis on glass and two out of the four elevations are completely covered in this material. Due to the small internal size of the building, this results in occupants being blessed with a huge amount of natural light.

The above two issues contribute to an exceptionally modern look and they are complimented further by the roof. Alchemy Architects have opted to make the roof completely flat, which again emphasizes the contemporary appearance.

What does weeStudio look like internally?

As one would imagine from a studio offering, the internal design of weeStudio is exceptionally basic. As is the case with all studio designs, weeStudio is basically one room which can be utilized for both living and sleeping purposes. The architects have included a double bed on the plans of the building, with this being situated in the corner which at least means that occupants can provide some separation from their general living space. The remainder of the inside is completely open plan, with a kitchen unit spanning a whole section of the wall while there is also a fire place which makes for a nice feature.

In the corner of the property there is also a small bathroom. This comprises a shower, basin and toilet, thus providing occupants with the basic sanitary facilities necessary for permanent living.

Another reason behind the price of weeStudio could be because of the internal finishing. Unlike some companies, Alchemy Architects have decided to provide this building with all areas completely finished - with the windows, ceilings, walls and floors all falling into this category. Furthermore, this finishing is performed to an exceptional standard, providing a premium appearance for occupants.

weeStudio can be described as a small property which attempts to include as many premium features as possible. While some may be surprised at the relatively high price of a small building, others will look towards the finishing which is excellent from both an internal and external perspective.
